What is best for you? This is always the starting point of any discussion you have with a Burns-Anderson representative. Of course we can give you guidance, but you have to run your business the way you want to, the way that you feel most comfortable with.

And the answer, as any good lawyer will tell you, is ‘it depends’. It depends on you, your staff, your team of advisers and your clients.

Firms join us to maximise their resources to run their business efficiently. Our members range from the one-man band to a twenty-five-adviser firm.

Burns-Anderson believes that personal service really makes the difference. Ours is an industry that has built its reputation on face-to-face meeting with clients, getting to understand them so that they, in turn, understand the advice we give.

A team of Adviser Development Consultants (ADC) are each based locally throughout the UK. Each adviser will have at least two face-to-face meetings with the ADC each year. Of course, personal service does not always have to be face-to-face, so we provide you with the direct dial telephone number of every member of staff. That way, you can be sure of talking to the right person for speed and efficiency of service.

As a client, you will have my commitment that a senior colleague or I will meet with you at least once a year simply to talk about you and your business and how we can help you more.
