We employ a team of Member Services Managers (MSM's) based locally throughout the UK. As part of the Network, each adviser will have 2 – 4 face-to-face meetings with the MSM each year. Additionally the firm’s principal will meet with the MSM at least once a year.

Of course, personal service does not always have to be face-to-face, so we provide you with the direct dial telephone number of every member of staff at our office in Bristol. That way, you can be sure of talking to the right person for speed and efficiency of service.
